No, our apartment hotel does not have a traditional reception or full-time on-site staff. However, we offer an easy self-check-in process, and our team is always available remotely to assist you whenever needed.
What are the hotel's check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
Do you serve breakfast at the apartment hotel?

Unfortunately, we do not serve breakfast at the hotel. However, there are plenty of great cafés and restaurants nearby where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast. You can find some of our top recommendations on the "Gems" page of our website.
Is parking available at the apartment hotel?

Unfortunately, we do not offer on-site parking at the apartment hotel. Parking in the Old Town/Slussen area can be a bit tricky. There is a car park at Slottsbacken and parking spaces along Skeppsbrokajen, though they can be quite expensive. Street parking is also available at a rate of approximately 2–2.5 euros per hour. For a more affordable option, there is a parking garage at Medborgarplatsen, located about 900 meters from Guldgränd 5, where the apartment is situated.

Yes, our apartment hotel offers a shared laundry room for guests to use. It is equipped with washing machines and dryers to ensure a convenient and comfortable stay.

How do I get to the apartment hotel from Stockholm City?

You can take the subway from T-Centralen on the red or green line towards Fruängen, Norsborg, Skarpnäck, Hagsätra, or Farsta Strand, and get off at Slussen station. The journey takes only 2-3 minutes.
